It is the mission of LIFEforce Counseling Center to improve the quality of life for residents in southwest Virginia and surrounding areas by offering a compassionate and inviting atmosphere to help people find real solutions to real problems.

The purpose of LIEforce Counseling Center is to assist clients whose daily activities, interpersonal relationships, and work environments are being negatively impacted by feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, anger, or other challenging emotions. Clients are supported as they embrace LIFE through self-exploration, goal achievement, skills development and personal growth using cognitive-behavioral therapeutic strategies.
